Funnybone Toys was created to provide products with a specialty in the toy and game market: a true combination of form, function, and beautiful, minimalist design. The launch of Funnybone Toys, based in Denver, CO, set out to create a US-based company that could mesh these elements together.

The company is committed to making products that can be easily adaptable for special education needs, particularly for children on the autism spectrum.

"Funnybone Toys is a company that makes games to stimulate fun and creativity," says President Julien Sharp. "We designed the games so that no matter the age or ability, people can enjoy them."

We Speak with Julien Sharp who is the President and “Chief Relationship Officer” of Funnybone Toys. Prior to founding Funnybone Toys in 2011, Julien spent over a decade providing training and coaching for individuals and groups of all sizes. She has worked both nationally and internationally, providing consulting and coaching services to executives in small to medium sized businesses, specializings in diversity training, sexual harassment, team building, business presentation skills, and management development seminars.

Julien’s clients included Walgreen Corporation, Miami-Dade College, Carlos Albizu University, the Miami Women’s Chamber of Commerce, American Women in Business Association, Holland America Cruise Line, Renaissance Cruises, Seabourn Cruises, Radisson Cruises, Continental Management, Business Network International, and Vision Miami. She is a former adjunct faculty member in the Psychology Department at Miami-Dade College.
