A professional MMA competitor since 2006, Bedford has made a name for himself fighting all over the United States, mainly the Midwest region. Bedford has competed for top organizations such as Bellator Fighting Championships and the Ultimate Fighting Championships. He was a competitor on Spike TV's The Ultimate Fighter: Team Bisping vs. Team Miller.
