Betty Crea Davidson is the developer of Apex Spectrum Guide, an interactive, comprehensive online software that helps children with autism spectrum disorders overcome their communication, cognitive and behavioral challenges using best-practice ABA methodologies. The program is available online at www.apexspectrumguide.com. Betty is the founder and executive director of Navigating the Spectrum, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization providing autism support, direction and education for parents and providers. She is a behavioral consultant and focuses her practice on the use of Applied Behavior Analysis in improving the lives of children with autism and other developmental disorders. She regularly conducts workshops and provides trainings and consultative services for families, schools and independent service providers.

Betty serves on numerous committees in Westchester County, both on a county executive and state legislative level. Ms. Crea Davidson is an attorney and concentrates her practice on special education law and advocacy. She is an active community volunteer and has developed a special religious education program for children with autism in her parish. She received her B.A. from Iona College, her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and completed the behavior analyst certification program through Manhattanville College. She additionally has undergone extensive training (+125 hours) in Verbal Behavior. She is the mother of three children, one of whom has recovered from a severe autism spectrum disorder.
