Beth is currently employed by Express Scripts as a Senior Manager of Data Quality, where she is a key member of the Data Governance team.  Beth also serves as a Data Steward of the Finance and Client Domains as well as the MedPLEX Prescriber Intelligence application.  Additionally, Beth was President of the Diversity Network at Medco Health Solutions prior to Medco’s merger with Express Scripts.

 

Beth is responsible for the orchestration of people, process, technology and policies within these domains to leverage, optimize, and maximize data as an enterprise asset.

 

Beth’s role as the President of the Diversity Network allows her to foster an environment that values diversity in background, promotes professional development, and provides support to community-based organizations.

 

Beth has also served as Director of Finance and Marketing Analytics at Accredo, a subsidiary of Express Scripts.

 

Beth strongly believes in a proactive approach toward effecting change.  She has been an active participant in the social and political life in both Bergen County and Passaic County and as a community advocate of individuals with Disabilities.  Beth served as the President of the Dominican Empowerment Political Association Committee (DEPAC) in Hackensack, NJ; she was formally recognized by county officials for her effort in providing English as a Second Language and Citizenship classes free of cost at Bergen Community College. Beth has been a vital contributor to the Dominican Community in Passaic County; she was named assistant Grand Marshall in 2006 of the Dominican Parade in Paterson NJ.  Additionally, Beth’s current activities include Presidency of the Wayne Special Parents Association, Vice President of Enrollment of the National Society of MBAs – NJ Chapter as well as a Board Member of the Passaic County Workforce Investment Board and Chair of the Passaic County Disability Committee. Among her accomplishments, she spear-headed the development of the 1st Passaic County Sheriff Jr. Police Academy for special needs children and the 1st Safety Town in Wayne. 

 

 

Beth is also a major contributing board advisor to the non-profit organization “LIG Global Foundation” which provides humanitarian medical relief to people in great need around the world and has embarked on various humanitarian missions with this organization to the Dominican Republic.

 

Beth is often featured as an expert guest on Spanish and English speaking networks and radio stations such as Telemundo, Cosmovison, and WKDM 1380AM New York and Autism Radio. In addition, Beth's article about the alarming state of the under-employment picture for autistic jobseekers have appeared in a variety of publications, including The Herald News, and The Wayne Today newspapers.

 

 

Beth earned an M.B.A., in Finance, and a B.S in Accounting from Farleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ.
