10/4 - Question of the week

10/4 - Autism Radio "Hope Saves the Day" is heard all over the USA as well as other countries.  We have realized that individual states have different laws/ perception as how to handle an ASD diagnosis.  We would like to hear from individuals from various areas of the US dealing with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder).  Please let us know where you live (state) and what your experience has been in dealing with your child/relative's diagnosis and the satisfaction you have with the programs available to an individual with ASD.  How is ASD perceived in your state?  Do you feel alone or accepted by having a child with ASD or being an individual with ASD?  Are you satisfied with the programs/funding within the state available to you - do you feel like you have a voice/choice with the services?
