With an intimate eye, Best Kept Secret reveals the politically overlooked and economically neglected network of organizations, families and caretakers living and working with developmentally disabled people and their energetic fight for a brighter future. The documentary has fascinated both critics and audiences alike, but gained the most support from people closely linked to the world of special education.
