Fitness Fight Factory has added a new Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA program designed specifically to help children and teens with autism learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, meet new friends, and overcome some of the bullying obstacles that they face at school and in their every day lives. This program provides relief for the parents who are already having to pay for expensive therapies etc...

The results have been fantastic. Kids who once holed up in their rooms isolated are now outside playing. Their attitudes are more positive. They are building strength and new friendships. Parents just cannot say enough about this program.

John Charles "Johnny" Bedford (born January 6, 1983) is an American professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. A professional MMA competitor since 2006, Bedford has made a name for himself fighting all over the United States, mainly the Midwest region. Bedford has competed for top organizations such as Bellator Fighting Championships and the Ultimate Fighting Championships. He was a competitor on Spike TV's The Ultimate Fighter: Team Bisping vs. Team Miller.
